  Matt Jamieson did some work for me several years ago on a house I was renovating. He did some electrical and tile work. When he was almost finished with the job I paid the last installment, then, he disappeared and would not return my calls. I went over to the house and found a huge mess. He had presented himself as knowing what he was doing with the tile but did not. I had to hire someone else to remove all tile from two bathrooms, buy new tile, have the subfloor replaced (because he ruined it). He cost me over $5,000 in damage. I took him to small claims court and won. His wages were garnished until he was fired from that job, now he still owes me over $1,800. I don't know how he thinks he can avoid paying with the court finding in my favor, but he seems to be refusing to. I do not recommend this person to anyone. The photos were taken when he just left the job and never showed up again. He would not return phone calls. He would not text me back. He just let it this way. It all had to be ripped out.
