  Things started off well with the people of Jamtek ~ had them come out and do some commercial repair of our gate system and did a good job. This last time when I had an issue and called, they did send a tech out who helped remove the chain to the gate from being twisted up around the motor. I had the impression they were going to send me an estimate on repairs, never came. 2 weeks later I contacted them and was able to speak with the receptionist but nobody beyond that. Tried again just trying to ask if they could refer me to someone to do that type of work if they didn't want to do it but no returned phone calls, no email returns. Much rather have someone tell me they don't want my business or not interested in helping with a referral than to just continually get lost in the communications abyss that apparently exists at this business or be treated like I'm invisible.

  Jamtek has done an excellent job of installing our cameras and provided over the top service after the sale. Highly recommend their professional staff and will not hesitate to use them in the future.

  Excellent service! They came out to view the job the same day I placed the call. The best way to describe it is it has a family feel to it. They care about each individual customer. They’ve earned all of my future business for sure!
