The technicians were amazing, professional, arrived early to the appointment, quick & efficient. The work done by them gave me great confidence in this company. The owner made this an absolute nightmare. I’ve worked with a number of electricians over the years and only used this company due to their quoted price and availability because my preferred company was unavailable for this emergency. Worst mistake ever. The owner Enoc lied about the cost when I scheduled service and then changed the price upon completion because “I should’ve explained differently” what I needed from his services (as if I’m an electrician). We sat on the phone and I expressed how disheartened I was at this change since it was of no fault of my own that there was misunderstanding of my service request, to which his response was “Well you should’ve called so that I could have explained properly” though scheduling ONLY took place over the phone. He was firm on what his business protocol was in this instance, but could not produce to the same standard. He stopped taking my calls after payment was made and the only time the phone was answered, he responded shortly and hung up in my face. He made it very clear that my business was not desired or respected. I have never been treated so poorly by any company or owner. I caution consumers to use a more professional company especially if you’re on a time crunch or dire situation.
Response from the owner
I will start saying that I offered you not to pay anything and call other companies since you wanted the service for free is your business that bad? or is your usual practice of you. We can't create report for your costumer for free specifically when had other company had completed the project. You're putting the bad name for the other good realtors out there in my opinion. you said you had called 15 other's companies now I understand why no one want to work with you..Again nothing personal just Business.

Buyer beware! They will scam you. Owner took advantage of us by saying they could fix our power capacity issue. They made us pay 10k to add 2 new panels. One panel swapped and 1 new separate panel. However, instead of adding the new panel they daisy chained it to the closest panel giving the illusion of more capacity when actually creating a hazard that could blow the entire system. Our building was built 30 years ago and needed more power capacity to the building. They say no problem we will fix the issue by adding these panels. Halfway through the job, they tell us that unless we upgrade the outside panel all of the work and panels they installed inside will not fix our capacity problem. Over 10k paid to them with only about 5k of works actually done. Owner was rude and disrespectful when confronted about the deceptive business practices and refuses to return any of the money spent on the incomplete work (but insists I now have to give him a credit card before he will continue work and finish the job) I will be taking my business elsewhere.

A few weeks ago, I scheduled a appointment for an estimate of a electrical panel replacement with Jay’s Electric. The technician said that the cost of the estimate would be deducted from the original bill after service. While they did the job, they never honored that deal and explained to me that if it was a bigger company they would charge me much more. This is bad business and dishonest! Also at the time of service they recommended that I install a surge protector which I agreed, I paid for this in cash and requested an invoice for appraisal purpose of my house later. I called the owner of Jay’s electric several times for the mentioned two points above, and they never honored what they had promise nor provided the invoice for the additional surge protector installation, I suspect they pocketed the money without declaring it to the IRS and that’s likely why they didn’t want to provide it. Additional, after the electrical panel installation they wanted to leave without completing the labeling of each breaker to each area, I requested that they needed to finish the job, then he said he ran out of labels and had me write by hand on each breaker label. I am not sure that Jay’s electric really understands what customer service is and they may need to take a course to refresh their memory. Also a deal is a deal, don’t go back on what you offered in the middle of performing the job.
