  an appointment was made one week in advance and the company failed to show up to the appointments nor call to contact. Then another time was given for later on the day and they failed to show up nor call for that appointment as well.

  My 90 year old grandmother has been waiting on them to fix her AC for well over a month.. at that age, the summer heat could be detrimental to her health. Not cool. Literally and figuratively. "Waiting on a part" this long seems inappropriate when I see other businesses get 2-day delivery for even rare stuff. Finally called and they said they'd have it today or tomorrow, and they'll fix it asap. (I can only hope.) If I had known this sooner, we would have asked someone else, hands down.
