  We have been using Jefferson Energy Coop since 1984. The service we have received in the past few years has been very satisfactory. The recent storm we had on 1-4-2022 left us without power at 2:45 am. Power was restored at 10:20 am. That is phenomenal in my opinion with the widespread outages that had occurred. No one likes to be without power for any amount of time. We take it for granted every single day. When we loose power where we live it literally shuts us down. We are on a well, so we can’t use any water( or very very little). Plus we keep the refrigerator and freezer closed so that paralyzes us with eating. We really appreciated the diligence used to get us up and running that day even though we were just another outage dot on the map with a tree on the lines. Thank you! And bless you!

  I've been a customer of Jefferson Energy for almost 9 years. I have been completely satisfied with their service including their response to power outages. My power went out twice during Irma and was restored within a couple hours both times. Jefferson Energy was out working during the storm while Georgia Power waited for conditions to improve before they even started responding to outages. I for one greatly appreciate Jeferson Energy's dedication to their customers. Of course, they attended (mostly) to larger outages first, but I believe they had every customer back online sometime Wednesday, 2 days after the storm. The only issues I've had with Jefferson Energy involved their solar pricing and employees/contractors leaving large ruts in my yard. But, these concerns pale in comparison to reliable service and reasonable pricing, and (for me) Jefferson Energy delivers here. Thank you Jefferson Energy!
