      I called him late Wednesday afternoon. He called me back the next day. He came and looked at it later that day. He came back Friday and it was fixed by 2pm that same day. He made sure to call me and keep me updated. I was told I needed a brand new unit at over 3k by another local heating and cooling company. He fixed it for under $300. He is efficient and he does quality work. I will use him again in the future. He came highly recommended and I can see why.

      I called Jeremiahs and ask him to come and give me an estimate on installing 2 ventless gas heaters for me. When he got to my home he asked me what was wrong with my furnace. I told him there had been another company that had told me the furnace had to be replaced and it was going to cost me $2400. I thought it would be cheaper to install the heaters. He asked me if he could look at my furnace. After he inspected it it was determined that I did not need a new furnace and that it could be fixed for less than $300. I was blown away. This man went above and beyond for me and my son. I am very thankful that I called his number. If you want good quality work and honesty, this is your guy. I trust him and he is a man of his word .

      I had originally written a positive review. I had a very positive experience with the installation process. However, I began having trouble with my HVAC (heat pump) around six months after installation. It says right on the receipt that all the labor is guaranteed and under warranty for a year after installation. I tried calling Jeremiah and he never answered. I left a few messages over the next two weeks and got absolutely no response. There was never a single time I got to speak with him about it. This was in January and we were running solely on emergency heat to keep the pipes from freezing. I finally asked someone to call from another number. He answered right away and set up an appointment to come out the next day at 11am... until he was given the address. He laughed, said he'd be out, then never showed up, never called, and never answered that number again either. We tried from a third number just to be sure. He answered right away. I had the BBB contact him, still no response. I had to hire another contractor to fix the unit. It took several different attempts, and most of it came down to improper installation. I ended up essentially having the whole thing re-installed. I also had to have all of the refrigerant replaced that had leaked out from poor welding seals, which was also very expensive. At this point, we only just got the unit working normally (we hope) a couple of weeks ago (it is now April), and he is being taken to court. I gave him every opportunity to get with me on this, and unfortunately he could've avoided all of the trouble by simply attempting to return a phone call. His complete and deliberate avoidance was profoundly unprofessional, and I unfortunately cannot recommend his services. **Added 7/7/21 as a reply to company response** As a clarification per your response given 6/28/21, speaking to someone else’s evaluation of your work, had you done what you should have done yourself, the quality of your work would not have been in question by someone else—someone who, consequently, was at the time the only other listed Rheem certified technician on google searches, and thereby the only other one qualified to honor at least the parts warranty offered by Rheem, the value of which also consequently were not factored in to the total given to the court. As for having anything in writing, I knew nothing of any issue going on with the HVAC until I moved back in in January. YOUR EMPLOYEE/private contract worker WAS THE ONE STAYING AT MY HOUSE from the time shortly after the installation until the end of December, and who continued to work for and with you until the end of December. When I contacted him/his girlfriend regarding the problem I found when I arrived, they said they knew nothing about any problem. I tried to contact you over the next couple of weeks and got ZERO response (see above, including your response to my fiance and consequential intentional no-show). In the mean time, there were numerous other damages that totaled to well over the remaining deposit, which I did keep for THOSE damages. Whatever you claim you have in writing in no way covered the HVAC, nor does it claim to do so. The bottom line is that I gave you EVERY opportunity and benefit of any doubt to make ANY attempt to make it right, and you refused. That is on your character, not everyone else’s that you’ve tried to throw under the bus in this process. **Also of note: the court did rule in favor that the company was in fact in violation of contract, and did so back in May 2021.

      I will make this short and to the point. The contractor that you hired to repair your system has less than a year of experience and is in no way qualified to install or repair HVAC systems let alone say I installed it incorrectly. I have it in writing from your past tenant that you kept his deposit for the repairs to HVAC system due to him tampering with it. You then want it covered under warranty at no cost to you. I cannot and will not warranty anything that has been tampered with by an unqualified person no matter how poorly you speak of me or our business. I stand behind my products and my work. I have hundreds of customers who will gladly give reference to the quality of my work and the professionalism of our business.
