  When the purchase of are commercial property was made, closing on September 10, there was some electrical work that needed to be done and in the contract it was set up for Jerry’s Electric to do the work. Well here we are almost 2 months since we closed and the electric work that Jerry’s Electric has already been paid to do, is still not done and one of the owners(believe he is the son) has given us nothing but excuses and the run around every-time we have called him to set up the repairs. At first it was I’m booked two weeks out, ok that’s no problem but then when he was supposed to come it was I’m sorry I’ll be there next week, but when the next week rolls around guess who never shows up! Then when he gets called it’s I had a job come up but I will be there next week to once again not show up. Then eventually when we would call him he wouldn’t answer or return are calls. We finally had are realtor call him to let him know that this was a job they’ve been paid for so they need to complete the work, to have him act like he had no idea they received payment, claiming he saw his dad I’m assuming deposited the check but he wasn’t aware it was to do the job for us. Sadly after are realtor called him two weeks went by and they still had not even given us a solid date like they said as to when they would complete the work so we just got are money back so we could find someone who will actually give us a solid time they can complete the work and actually show up. These guys are liars, have horrible communication and will take your money but do no work. Would not recommend them at all!

  Great customer support. Jerries even came by and diagnosed an issue for me at no cost. Really a great company.

  Mike was friendly, however, I had a ground wire issue he didnt even investigate. I had to hire another electrician.
