  OMG!…Oklahoma is the best in hospitality even when it comes to their mechanics…hands down!…my teenager and I got stranded at a local truck stop in sub-zero temperatures that drained our battery and I called AAA and received suboptimal service…the phenomenal crew at Love’s Truck Stop in Erick, OK referred me to Jesse Griffith Repairs. I met with William and I immediately felt like family. They checked out our battery and alternator, they honestly gave us the green light and we were back on the road in 20 minutes. To sweeten the deal, they even vacuumed our carpet which was much needed since we’ve been on the road to California and back for past 10 days…they even gave us free bottled water and cookies… I would highly recommend Jesse Griffith Repairs! Well done William and James! You can take care of my cars any time!…sincerely, a very satisfied customer and friend…

  We were travelling across country from Oregon to Alabama. Stopped for the night in Elk City. Car would not start the next morning (Saturday @ 10a.m.). After searching Google, I called Jesse. He sent a tow truck to us and picked up the car and got it back to his shop, he called in his tech and he diagnosed it as a bad fuel pump. They located a replacement fuel pump, got it replaced and we were back on the road @ 3 p.m. WOW! All the guys there were super nice, even recommended us to go next door to a motel and got a discount on a room to wait on the repairs. We were notified every step of the way on the repair. Top notch repair shop. My only issue with them is that they are not in my home town....if they were, they would have a customer for life! Oh AND, they left us cookies in the car when we picked it up.

  We had brake issue with our RV while returning to Ohio from Arizona. They made room in there schedule to see us the same day. Although we had to stay in Elk City for two unplanned nights due to part availability, Logan, John, and Nathaniel took care of us every step of the way. They made hotel arrangements for us and provided us a car to explore the city while we waited. They worked after hours to get us back on the road. Thanks guys!
