  ** looking for a spotty electrician? Maybe want somebody more unreliable than the weather man? Somebody that seems like a good choice until you start dealing with him? Then i welcome and invite you to Jet Electric! A business you can count on... NOT COUNTING ON!. ** --- By the way before you read my review. Know that i am an actual customer. Not a "rival business". I wasn't cheated out of money, or any other reason to write this review other than being a customer that was obviously not on the priority list, and clearly wronged. ----- Jet Electric, As far as i know. There is only one employee (John). I Initially called John for a electrical run of 75 feet from my breaker box to a junction point and from the junction point to my new hot tub. He told me he could come and do it, just needed to make an estimate. So he was quick to get out and estimate.... We set a date to come out and run the electrical, He canceled. We set another date... he text's me 30 minutes before he is supposed to show up, stating his child got sick and he couldn't take them to school. (i understand that i have kids, i know how it is). He asked to reschedule for the next day. I get an email from Jet electric (John) for the invoice.. so i think, okay great. Coming out tomorrow. Ill pay it then. Tomorrow comes... Haven't heard anything from him. I give him a call, i text him, email, voicemail, and follow up call. no reply. Basically disappeared. Now i have a 4 year old that has been told twice now that the hot tub will be ready when he gets home from school and he has been let down twice. Terrible Business practice, Terrible customer service.... 100% DO NOT GO WITH JET ELECTRIC....

  i choose a contractor by using a couple important aspects of business. The first of which is definitely work quality. Jet Electric came pretty well recommended with respect to quality and they did not disappoint! He worked cleanly and efficiently, leaving the house looking like he found it. Another aspect is communication. The contractor communicated well with me every step of the way and made sure I understood exactly what he was doing and what I was paying for. Plus he was on time every time, extremely responsive, friendly, and professional. I will be sure to recommend Jet Electric to everyone!

  Today was our second time using Jet Electric. My air conditioning wasn’t blowing cold air. I gave John a call and he came out to assess within 3 hours. He quickly realized that the installers used the wrong size pipe originally. He told me my options and gave me fair/low estimates. He is very honest, won’t try to fix unnecessary things, and works quick and efficiently. I will continue to use and recommend Jet Electric for all my electrical and HVAC needs. You will not be disappointed!
