  I have used Jim Hughes & Assoc several times over the years and always with great results. This is a small office and they are in high demand due to excellent service (not everyone leaves a Google review). Be patient--they will call you back.

  I called this company because it had good ratings & I needed a survey done. I called 3 times in 3 days & never received a call back. If they are unable to do a survey for me, then a call to tell me that would have been good, but they did not, so I have no way to rate them except for lack of simple good manners.

  I've got what I think is good business for him, but he does not respond to my calls or emails, so he must be real busy. I'm looking elsewhere.
