  I have talked to them a couple times. The last one was about an on demand water heater. They gave me great advice and told me straight up what their experience was with these not just come out and do what I ask and get paid. They gave me all the info, their opinion and suggestions and left it up to me to decide what I wanted. To me that is very important and I appreciate doing business with companies like that. I will definitely call them first for any electrical work I may need in the future.

  The company does great work. I can’t say I would do business with them now with how I witnessed one of their employees (Burrell Flanagan) act in public. He was yelling and threatening people making a big scene. It’s sad to see a grown adult act like a child.

  I called Jim's about a repair that they were doing for the local power company. Staff couldn't have been any nicer. The repair they performed was done properly and very quickly. I will certainly call them if I need an Electrician!
