  As a real estate professional, I have used Jim Smith Services many times over the years for AC/Heating repairs. From the moment you place the call, they are professional and helpful. They consistently go above and beyond to make sure the repair and payment process goes smoothly. Jim Smith Services is one of the best in town, I highly recommend them.

  I was very pleased with all areas of service! Customer Service was quick to answer the phone and got me an appointment right away to get my air checked on! She was happy to help and very polite! They were prompt at getting to my house for the appointment and took care of everything that I needed that day! We had to order a part and it was ordered and received quickly! I would use them again and I highly recommend them if you need any work done!

  I was really happy with Jim Smith Services. The receptionist was really professional, nice and helpful. They came very fast and fixed the problem on my A/C. Very professional reliable business. I highly recommended!!!
