HORRIBLE- They have made appointments with us 4 times and only shown up to one. My husband has taken off work and school (he is in full time school) to be at these appointments, and they do not show. They don't answer any phone calls, respond to any texts or answer any emails. This service is terrible and unprofessional. We've already paid them and I cannot express how infuriated I am that they disrespect our time and provide ZERO customer service.
