  Ok, previously, I submitted a poor review and may have done so prematurely. It did take a while to get my AC back up and running. But after all was said and done, I discovered that my Home Warrant Company (American Home Shield) was not doing what was expected of them. Trish, at JLM, did what she could do to assist me and they have fixed my AC. It took a lot of work on both, hers and my part to get AHS to complete the work order and assign it to JLM. Thank you Trish.
