  We had a leak and wasn't quite sure where it was. We called JMS Plumbing as we had called them before. Zack and Steve were very friendly, courteous and explained what they were doing and why. It was a much harder job than anticipated and they did it with no complaints. They picked up after the job. This was the 3rd time we have called them for our various plumbing needs. I recommend JMS for your plumbing needs. We were very satisfied with them and the work.

  We had an emergency situation and out of 10 local plumbers, JMS was the only one available right away. JMS Plumbing was very polite, professional and thorough for this job. They even went way out of their way to go to the store and get a part for a separate issue that they discovered during the original job and offered to fix all issues at the same time (wow). This was some of the best service we have ever received. The employees that completed the job are great assets for your company. Thank you !

  We had a flood in the lower level of our home. JMS came to access the damage to our appliances. They left and came back with 3 space heaters. We were told we could borrow them even if we didn't go with them for the work. Amazing! We had them for almost a week and a half! Mike came this afternoon (it didn't take him this long to get to us - we were having other work done in the home) and got us up and running right away. Very knowledgeable, patient and courteous! I definitely recommend this company! Top notch!!
