Been doing business with JN for years, and as always top notch service. We decided to have our AC/Heating unit replaced and moved along with new duct work/thermostat/vents. The price for the top of the line installation was perfect. Extremely professional team came out and in a week installed a complete new system. Couldn't be happier, they conveyed everything with ease, explained the new system and had a great attitude. Every day they came, it was always with a smile and great work ethic. If we had any questions they did not hesitate to answer fully. We thank you for the great service and look forward to continuing business! Also, give the technicians who came out tons of praise and a raise. They truly was the definition of professional and gentlemen.

Gotta hand it to Mike from JN Electrical! This poor guy has been here since 8:30am trying to find where the issue is in my house's wires and just now left around 6:00pm!!! He went ABOVE AND BEYOND simply diagnosing. In fact, others probably would have handed my mystery off to someone else or left. He helped me figure out which breakers went to what, even though he didn't HAVE to, he told his boss he was determined to find the issue even if he was here all day, he found a way to correct the improper wiring of one of my switches (the price I paid pretty much said fix the issue and put everything back the way you found it...), and he even offered to clean up the tiny bit of drywall and debris coming from him fixing my issues!!! THAT right there is work ethic and taking pride in your work! Turns out, I had 2 bad connections at both light fixtures in the living room and dining room. But! It gets better. Light are supposed to be on 1 circuit and outlets are supposed to be on another.... Turns out, the reason why all outlets and lights in BOTH living room and dining room were dead was because they were all wired on the same circuit, on 1 unknown BREAKER!!!! And because it shorted at the lights, everything went out. Mike said we were lucky the house didn't burn down because he'd never had such an issue scrapping away all that melted plastic from the chandelier wires😱 No, the almost $800 was not a financial hurdle I really needed at the moment, BUT all I keep thinking about is what it COULD have cost me if the house did burn down... financial AND emotional since my 3 dogs are inside while I'm gone🥺 Again, after Mike being out here ALL day and safely fixing my wiring issues, I feel a priceless peace of mind now. And, I know who I'll be requesting back to complete my future electrical/AC/plumbing needs! Highly, highly, highly recommended these folks, especially Mike! HUGE thank you to him!

The person I talked to was very nice so we set up a day for an electrician to come. I got a message that the electrician had and emergency situation with another customer and couldn't make it. Understandable. No big deal. Didn't hear anything back after so I reached out again and was told they would work me in. That was it. No one reached out again. I was essentially ghosted. I then contacted another electrician from another company and he said he was slammed, but he actually came out on a Saturday to help me although he doesn't normally work on Saturday. Took care of what I needed and charged a very reasonable price. It's bad company practice to dismiss customers. Won't be recommending this company.
