  We contacted Joe Dickey Electric to fix a botched electric job completed by an Angi's List contractor. Contacting them after hours due to hearing a buzzing sound from an outlet, the response we received was immediate with an appointment scheduled for the next morning after shutting off the power to the outlets. Connor was extremely professional (and reassuring) on the phone. When he and his apprentice arrived at our house they took off their shoes which was a gesture of respect we truly appreciated. Not surprisingly, the job they had to fix was indeed unsafe. Their work was superb and they fixed uncovered issues. While we are extremely pleased with the quality of workmanship, their personalities and professionalism were equally superb. They both were an excellent representative of their company and should be recognized as such. We would definitely recommend Joe Dickey Electric.

  Lain was very quick to respond to our urgent electrical problem and actually located the problem within minutes of arriving. Everything was fixed so quickly you could tell he was professional and that he knew what he was doing and showed and explained everything and he stopped the fire that would have occurred if he had not come as quickly as he did. Our nervousness was quickly turned to relief and we cannot thank him enough and we would hire him again in a split second if needed.

  Lane and Michael came out to do an inspection in order to provide an estimate for any necessary repairs, replacements, etc. Very knowledgeable and easy to understand. Even went above and beyond to determine an issue I was having with my dryer and hot water tank tripping breakers. Thanks to Lane and Mike I now have a fully functionable dryer and hot water tank as well as a bit more sanity than I did this morning!!! Thank you so very much again and I look forward to future adventures assisting us in making our house a home!!!
