  Absolutely unprofessional. They no-showed and no-called a scheduled appointment that was very important. I heard they were a rip off and NOT to use them by others who lived in the community, but I wanted to give them a chance anyways since I prefer working with family owned businesses. They proved themselves, that’s for sure. Do NOT waste your time with this company. You will just end up having to call someone else to help you. These guys can’t seem to be bothered. As a YouTube content creator and influencer, I was hoping to give this small town business some love. Nope. What a disappointment. It’s been five days since they no showed and still haven’t called to apologize, explain or reschedule. What a disgusting way to treat your customers. Shame on them.

  I called at the beginning of the week to book an appt. for that Friday for a house I bought in the area. I spoke with someone and she booked the appt. I specifically told her I was coming up from work which was about an hour south of Standish, and currently resided 90 minutes south of Standish. I needed to price out a 220 plug install from my dryer and have it wired before the move. I asked to be called if anything changed because it was a bit of a drive up and a long drive home. I arrived and my time slot came and went. I got the dreaded no-show. I called and the gentleman I spoke with sounded like he was blindsided by the news. Steve was supposed to come see me but he had been sick and no one had seen him that day or talked to him. He said the gal that booked me was off too. I told him it would have been nice if I had gotten a call to cancel or re-schedule. He said he would make a call. I never heard back from him. So I left the house and drove to their location. I walked in 2 minutes before they closed and explained I was the guy that got no showed. He said he hadn't heard back from anyone. That was at 5 PM on Friday, May 18th. Its now Monday the 21st after 3pm and still no call to re-schedule or even act like they care they wrecked my Friday and now I am scrambling to get an estimate last minute, let alone figuring out how I can get the work done in a much shorter period of time. I am sure they will dismiss it as a mistake or a fluke but its more than that when they can't even be bothered to call and make amends for standing me up, not calling to cancel and even worse, being too afraid to call me and own it or just forgetting.
