  John replaced the electric in my house during a renovation. The total cost was over budget, and every main living space has had issues now with breakers popping. Living room. Bedroom. Kitchen. Additionally, Mr. Coley was difficult to work with. I wouldn't have him back in, even to fix the issues that he caused.

  Just ran across this and was shocked. I had to search through my records to find the info. This job was started in 2010 and completed in 2011. And was inspected and passed by Mecklenburg County inspection Dept. which has proven to be one of the most thorough inspection departments in the state, And was approved. I have been in the electrical contracting business for 34 years and have worked for the building contractor in charge of this project for many years. The reason the job was over budget is simple, the original contract was the kitchen and bathroom only and eventually ended up being the entire home. Anytime a project passes a certain percentage of work being completed in a home it must be brought up to the latest electrical code, the NEC. And in this case that's what happened. Any home I wire comes with a one year warranty for any repairs that might be needed, and I never received any contact of any kind.

  John and his wife are Great!!!!!! I am an office manager for a dentist in Concord. Whenever I call him, he usually drops what he's doing and comes right over. If he's been unable to do that, he usually gets to us within a couple of days.
