  Outstanding customer service. Communication was great and the technician Ron was early which was a plus for us. He was quick to diagnose and remedy our electrical outlet issue. He also provided insight into why it happened and how to check for similar issues on other outlets. He also cleaned up once the job was complete which was a nice plus. We're keeping them in our list of housing contractors to do business with and we'll recommend them if the opportunity arises. Thanks again for fixing our issue and giving us piece of mind the job was done right.

  Phenomenal Service from start to finish! Beginning with the phone call into the office, to the completion of the job, John Goudie Electric was, and is OUTSTANDING! After the installation of a chandelier and a ceiling fan (in two separate rooms😊) there was a slight connection issue with the fan and my current recessed lighting. I called to report the issue, and John & Krystal (sp) were immediately responsive, scheduled Me for a follow-up appointment, and the technicians were at my home bright and early to correct the problem! The combined effort of the office staff and the field electricians is extremely impressive (especially when professional and caring customer service is lacking in many areas/industries)! If you're contemplating hiring them... Wonder no more... HIRE THEM! You'll be HAPPY you did 😃 💃🏿! ~In Gratitude 🙏🏾

  Mr. Goudi took advantage of my elderly father that needed a new panel box and other wiring work around the house performed. My father told Mr. Goudi about everything that needed to be done, however, wrote a contract for moving an electric box and told my father everything would be completed. He charged over $4000 to move the electric panel. I paid the fee because that’s who my father wanted to use specifically and I assumed my father had the faculties to perform the task of taking care of himself. After work was completed, I came to inspect. I was so disappointed to see that the house still had bad and unused wiring in the walls. To top it off, they did not connect the attic lights to the new electric box. My father called several times and I’ve sent emails/texts to have the fix the lights that were working before they moved the box. It’s been over a month and Mr Goudi has not repaired his mistake. I feel Mr Goudi saw an opportunity to take advantage of an elderly man. I’m sure this isn’t the first time.

  Tonya, Looking at your father's job file it looks like we have already sent a crew to troubleshoot the attic lights and we were able to resolve this issue, under warranty. I also do not have in our scope of work to remove unused wiring in the walls of the home, I think there may be some mis-communication there. Please call the office on Monday and we will be happy to assist in any way we can.
