After an initial visit to assess my issue (underground cable replacement), John Noonan did not return my calls over a 6 week period while at the end, referred me to another company that did the job. John never sent a quote or followed up after the job (...even though he probably got a commission for the referral). Complete lack of communication and not following up on promise to provide a quote and to call me back. Unreliable!!

I scheduled time to meet for an estimate on June16th and was told after that meeting that I would have an estimate the following week. I’ve followed up with phone calls in July and August and was told that I would receive one in a week each time. I still haven’t received a quote (August 25th). The brochure promoting to “book now for summer installs”of a generator must not be for this summer. Completely unprofessional service. I have not been contacted by them despite two follow up phone calls. This is my first posting of a review of a business and I apologize if I seem too stern.

An individual came out to the house- we discussed what I wanted - to correctly wire a backup generator and the correct way to set it up - he promised to provide a quote for two different approaches to set this up; however, I never heard back from him or anyone from Noonan. Very disappointed. UPDATE 2/22/2021: Mr. Noonan contacted me directly, apologized, set a service appointment, came and provided the service as discussed. The folks who came were professional, friendly, and quick. I have, as a result, changed my review and would definitely recommend this firm.

Mr. Fulham, I apologize that we did not get those estimates to you. I understand that it is frustrating to take the time to make the appointment for us to come out, set aside time to meet with us for the estimate, only to receive nothing in return. We will get that estimate to you in the next 24 hours. Again, my apologies, I expect more out of us.
