      Good luck at getting them to call you back in a timely manner. Then wants to chastise you for being rude. Since a technician came out and said nothing was wrong with the unit when I knew full well it was, I was a tad bit hot and aggravated when I had to call and wait a second time. As soon as my warranty is up, I will be calling on someone else.
