Actual transcript from a recent request by my assistant for assistance from this electrician: Hello Michael, I have just placed this call to Johnny Lyons of Lyons Electric. I introduced myself and asked if he would be able to have a look at the set up of your in-ground pool filtration system electrical work. I will also ask that he have a look at the pool light. His response was "No, no way". I asked for clarification, thinking that I might have misheard him, but he was emphatic that he would not be willing to assist with this. Would you like me to try reaching out to other area electricians? Or is there something I should have told Johnny that would have made him agreeable to this? We apologize for this experience. Beings this review was left in 2013, we are unable to know what happened nor do we recall this phone conversation. Since this time there has been many changes within the company, including ownership and employees. However, I do not believe that the work was turned down for no reason. At that time (and still currently) we do not do residential work and we do try to recommend electrical companies that may do residential jobs. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Sorry for the negative review that was previously left. We do not recall this phone conversation and there have been many changes since this time. We do not do residential work as of right now, but we always try to give out recommendations when we get calls.
