  Johnson Electric was responsive to our email request for assistance with our home electrical projects and sent their Senior Electrician to meet us at home and consult with us in person. Due to weather and holiday constraints, we had to reschedule, but their office staff proactively communicated with us and was professional and efficient. The same Senior Electrician arrived with the crew each visit to confirm that the work was being completed to satisfaction and per prior discussions. This continuity throughout the engagement helped expedite communications and ultimately the progress of the work. All our internal projects were completed in two working days by extremely courteous and diligent electricians who were respectful of our home and mindful of customer satisfaction. We plan to use Johnson Electric for our future projects.

  Our experience with Johnson Electric was fantastic in every way. From our great interactions with Georgia getting things set up and scheduled, to Adam and Joe coming to our home and doing a stellar job installing lights and fixing a problem with an outdoor fixture, every aspect of our experience was really top notch. We will be using Johnson Electric for all our electrical needs in the future. A+ experience all the way.
