I had my annual maintenance done on my A/C and Heating unit. I also had a Level 1 Air Duct Sanitation Service. Both Shawn and Richard were excellent at their jobs. Very professional, polite, courteous, knowledgeable. They did not try to sell me something that was needed but since it wouldn't work with my situation was very honest. I love Jon Wayne from the friendly people in the office to the people they send to our home.

We had been through 2 Air Companies, and spent thousands, which didn’t ever fix the problem. They were always just guessing. First of all, the customer service at Jon Wayne is wonderful. Every single person is so kind and prompt to respond. Dylan came out, and did the most thorough inspection I’ve seen. He took his time, listened, and then assessed the situation. He gave us many different options, and different financial options, and when the decision was made, he fixed the issues he could, and the rest of the team will come to finish the rest. I am so grateful we chose Jon Wayne, and are confident that if there are any other issues, they can take care of it.

Thomas and Cory were so wonderful. They were extremely professional and went to work quickly to address all issues. I felt very comfortable with them in my home and they communicated extremely well. They did a great job of explaining what was going on and then even showed me before and after pics and video of the work they had done which was wonderful. I highly recommend Jon Wayne Services.
