I finally updated my old fuse box to a breaker box, thanks to the team at Jorgenson Electric. I understand all "home updates" have been backed up thanks to the pandemic. However, they were able to get my project in within a few months of making contact. A team of two worked on my house and nice a rapport going with Ameren for disconnect and reconnect times, and they didnt even slow down for a lunch break so that my power would be restored truly as soon as possible. I'm new to updates/repairs but their quality makes me less hesitant to venture into other projects now. Thanks!

Very poor communication skills. I met with both the owner and the technician installing wiring for an AC unit. I showed a pre-drilled hole to use for conduit and how I'd like the conduit ran. They needed to rearrange some circuits in the breaker box so I showed them exactly which ones I did not need and could be replaced. I later came back to check on everything, and they had drilled a hole and ran conduit through a door instead of the hole made in the wall. They also ran their new wiring through a wet gutter?! They moved the wrong breakers and disconnected power to my water heater. Then, the owner blamed me for his errors and said he should really charge me more for the job because he misquoted me. They did not fix anything they ruined and were very unprofessional after I raised my concerns. I will never use the company again and advise everyone else to go with a business that has the ability to listen to the customer's needs. They just pretended to listen and understand my needs and then did whatever they felt like instead while ruining property. Terrible experience.

My husband called the end of last week to schedule a time for them to come out to fix over half of our house that has had electrical issues since we bought it (back in May). They were supposed to be at our home today at 7:30am on Friday Sept. 25. Before my husband left for work this morning, he told me that Jorgensons got ahold of him to let us know that they were “running a little behind.” Yet, it is 6 hours later and I have tried to call their provided business phone number twice to tell them not to worry about it since they are obviously flaking on us — which no one answered but their voicemail greeting says they are in operation until 3:30pm today. We will be finding another company that will provide us better customer service as this is absolutely ridiculous.
