  $250 for 3 outlets (we bought the outlets and Joe changed them), coffee and listening to stories... meanwhile my fiance is running and and down stairs, ripping up boards, touching electrical wires and doing what Joe says, sweating... after purchasing everything Joe told him to... and nothing got done except 3 outlets changed. Joe didn't do a thing! We are not experts. Hence we called an electrician.. Funny he can't do stairs or lift anything and has the CUSTOMER do the work AND charges ridiculous prices! NOT what he promised and NOT recommending!!! Sorry Joe but I had to write a review! The city should know the REAL story! Update: The next morning I found that there is now no power to my laundry room which was never an issue and a ceiling light upstairs is not working. The job that was supposed to be done was putting one room upstairs on a separate circuit box because three rooms are on one and our heater alone is 1500 watts. That is still not done after he had my fiance running up to the attic to pull up boards and try each junction box he could find and running downstairs to test. HE was pulling up the boards and testing each one. Not Joe... my fiance. Joe had to leave for another job before he even got to test all junction boxes and said "you got your work cut out for ya. That'll be $250". Insane!

  An older gentleman who works at a reduced pace, he required about two weeks of working roughly 2-3 hours each day to install...four outlets. After many visits I examined the work he had done on that day and it seemed not much progress had been made. The slow pace was not a dealbreaker itself, I respect this man for still working at his age, but when the invoice came I was shocked. We were grossly, absurdly overcharged for the amount of actual work done. The check we wrote for this man to put in four outlets could have paid for another electrician to rewire the entire house. Foolish on my part to not get an estimate up front (a first time home owner, live and learn). On top of this, after the fact, we are discovering some fixtures that were not secured properly.

  Joe did a great job on the work we needed done. Hes very friendly. He doesn't mind sitting down and chit chatting. He doesn't rush. Prices are great. Highly recommend
