  JP’s crew showed up within the window I was told and started working immediately. The two guys that showed up were great to hang with and explained what they were doing when I asked. They made quick work of the three outlets I needed installed for a kitchen remodel. I can definitely recommend JP’s Best Electric and will call them in the future whenever I need an electrician.

  JP's Best Electric came to our house to fix a breaker. When the breaker was reset it stayed on. No other work was needed at that time. We were $125.00 for this 10 minute service call, in which no work was actually done. When my husband wrote an unfavorable review, the owner Joe called ranting on about making a living. When he was done he said he would return $50.00 the next day if my husband changed the review. That was done, but to date no money was returned. This guy likes to play games.

  Customer called for missing power . When we arrived we checked the main panel and reset a breaker. Power was restored, when we went to replace or check circuit further the customer did not want us to and asked if we could do the call for FREE…and if so they would give us a good review…We explained we couldn’t do it for free but would charge just the $125 service call as we had 2 guys there to trace and repair the circuit and can’t work for free. They denied any further investigation of the problem and they wrote this review….Sorry to have to explain ourselves on this one….2 employees and a truck can’t work for FREE in New York.

  Was having a problem with the a breaker kicking off. They showed up with two guys I turned the breaker back on and it stayed on.They did an exceptional job. Charged me $75.00 for the service call. Which I thought that was fair.
