  JRB Electric installed a 20kW KOHLER WHOLE HOUSE GENERATOR for us in February 2022. They were meticulous, professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of the installation. They did comprehensive electrical work inside and outside, gas line plumbing (also inside and outside) and generator placement that required a backhoe to level the frozen ground. JRB is a ***GOLD LEVEL*** Kohler Power dealer for sales, service and installation serving all of southeastern Wisconsin. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because it took 5 months to get on the schedule after committing to the project and writing a check for a down payment of almost $7,000 dollars. I really started to worry ***BUT*** their workmanship was incomparable once they finally got here. Bob, Leif and Jason were all amazing tradesmen and really know their stuff. They worked long days without any down time and they are all wonderful people who deserve your business.

  Thank you for your positive review! I apologize for not being able to install your generator sooner. I was scheduling 3 months out last fall and then I broke my ankle in December. We appreciate your patience!

  Finished Basement job including all electrical needed. Wired Bathroom fan, lights, switches, & outlets. Wired 30+ electrical outlets. Several multi way switches. A ton of can lights. They did a great job and were very professional. All done to code. Reason for 3 stars is after several weeks of trying to get them to come back to finish the job after drywall, they were "too busy". Spoke with the owner several times, only to get the same "too busy" response. So we had to go with another company to come out and finish his work. We would have liked it to all be done by the same company. Makes me wish I would have just went with a different company for the whole job.

  Thank you for letting us know we did a great job on the project we quoted you in December of 2020 and completed over the first half of 2021. We also appreciate customer observations and use them to consider how we can improve our customer service. Unfortunately, the timing of your recent communication came when we are experiencing one of the busiest workloads I have experienced in my 24 years of being in business. To meet the needs of customers who already have signed proposals in place, a contractor has to make the decision of accepting or declining another project. I apologize for not being able to meet your needs for the second part of your project. I am happy to hear you found a contractor that was able to help you.

  Rare to have a wonderful experience from beginning to end these days, except when working with JRB Electric. From the day we received our quote through the day all work was completed, Jason and his team provided us with professionalism and the highest of quality. We could not be happier. JRB Electric was given to us via a referral, who we owe a BIG thank you to.
