  Worst experience in regards to customer service and professionalism. Could not even receive a quote because of unrelated issues in the past. I would not recommend anyone to do business with K-Bar.

  Hello Gabriel, I understand you're the new manager of Titan Lansing in Levelland. In the past we have done several quotes (over 15) with no work coming to fruition since 2015. Due to this fact our owner let you know this morning that we will no longer perform quotes for Titan Lansing in Levelland. If you would like to have your boss/owner reach out to our owner we will gladly discuss this matter further with them.

  My mother called to see if anyone could come out and fix a wiring issue in Morton Tx. They said they would call when they were on the way and never showed up or Called! Called back the next day and said they would try to make out on Monday. Monday comes around and still not a word. They never did call my mom back! My mom got sick of waiting around for these guys and had her brother fix the issue. My uncle even went to the actually business and offered to pay before hand so they could make it to Morton and they gave him the same run around. I'm not sure if they were that swamped with orders but they could of at least let one of us know what the deal was. Not recommended at all! They for sure will not call you back!

  Amanda, I am sorry that your mother has been having electrical problems at her house. We had a crew in Morton on Monday of last week and we were able to get a hold of your mother, but she could not meet use at the house at that time. We have tried several other times to call Sandra and Eddie without any successes. I personally tried to call both of them this morning to apologize for the confusion without any success. I am happy that they got the problem fixed and I will remove the call from the waiting list. Donny
