My husband and I tried to hire this individual for an electrical job. My husband couldn’t believe how rude he was when they met. Ken seemed to have no interest in what we had to say; he simply wanted to come in and tell us everything that needed to be done. Ultimately, an agreement was reached on what work Ken would do. Instead of giving us an estimate, as he stated that he would, we never heard from him again. We understand if he wasn’t interested in our job (for whatever reason). However, to commit to giving a client an estimate and to verbally commit to the work, and then never show up, is completely unprofessional. Under no circumstances should such insolence be tolerated in a professional atmosphere.
