  I would highly recommend that you stay away from this business if you need something performed. I have used them in the past, but it seems like they are taking on too much work now and because of that they are not responsive and organized with their jobs. Great way to treat a repeat customer of yours! I contacted them back on October 28, 2021 for a generator hookup. It wasn't until Dec 10th when they were able to get to my home to get an idea as to what they would need to do. On that day I was told they were 5 min. out but in fact it was more than 30 min. After waiting patiently they finally arrived and was told what they planned on performing during the install. I was then told on that day that the install could not be performed until the week of Jan 12th, 2022, which is when I was expecting the generator to arrive. However, the generator arrived on 30/Dec/2021 and let them know this so the week of Jan 12th, 2022 would not be a problem. I contacted them on 07/Jan/2022 to make sure the week of the 12th was still feasible and was told that they would let me know soon as they were working on their schedule. A week later I called to find out what date I would be looking at since the 12th of Jan had already passed? I was told the week of the 24th they would get back to me since they "took on several more jobs." I guess mine is no longer as important as these new jobs??? On 20/Jan/2022 I messaged them letting them know about purchasing a certain part and was told they would order it. From that day until now I have not received any type of communication from this business. My advice is to stay away unless you want to wait, and I mean patiently wait!

  So sorry you waited so long. Generator things are not instantly available and there are longer waits due to what is going on. Hope it works out in the future for you seeing that we never performed the job. Take care and God bless!

  We hired Kevin to rewire our entire house and upgrade our old fuse box in our old 1916 Dutch Colonial. Our issues with Kevin lie with his communication. He is a talker and over the 8 months, and the 8 total days he worked his prices kept changing, despite us asking him for a written quote numerous times. We talked about having our final inspection the first week of AUGUST, and we got it at the end of FEBUARY. We wouldn't hear from him for months. He also didn't appreciate any of the old charm throughout the house. He wanted us to tear it down to studs to make it easier for him, without regard to what it would take to put everything back together. That is not why you buy an older home, if we wanted a new build we would have bought one. He does do good work but I would only recommend him if you have a new build, no time restraints and can make sure to get a written quote.
