  My dryer was making a very loud noise when I used it. I called based on the 5-star reviews. I reached out Tuesday afternoon and Chris arrived by 11:30am the next day. All appointment confirmations and payments were completely done online. Super easy. I will definitely use K1 again!

  I had an emergency service call today. I called Chris and he showed up the same day! He stayed until I had water again and pointed out extra things another contractor needed to address. He is so professional and knowledgeable in so many areas when it comes to plumbing and electrical work. I am very thankful that I have the opportunity to have Chris in my space. I will always use Chris for all my home maintenance needs
