  We have used Kaduce multiple times over the past couple years and we have been impressed with their responsiveness, their service, their price, and their quality of work. You’re always greeted with a friendly and helpful voice when you call the main line. Jay has been great to coordinate and communicate with on all of our projects, big and small. Eric has been a rockstar, always willing to help and provide an expert eye and advice on top of providing great quality and service on all of the work he’s done. Just recently, he worked us in last minute same day to quickly fix a leak after a pipe was bumped during some work in our basement. We can’t say enough how much we recommend Kaduce!

  Replaced an inducer motor. Great evening technician came and did the assessment. Super disappointed about having to wait 5 days for a part. The policy of not allowing the customer to help get the part by even driving to Fargo to pick it up is frustrating. The part was available at several vendors supply companies but you would only use your vendor. The charge for the part was over 100 more than anyone else. After 5 days of 6 space heaters running, I'm sure my Benco bill will be huge. In short, an "A" on the start and less than a "C" on the finish.

  I had a plumbing emergency and called Kaduce Plumbing & Heating right after 8 am. They were there before 9 am and fixed the problem before 9:30 a.m. The tech was super friendly and competent. Thank you!
