I highly recommend Kanon Electricians. They are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I needed new wiring for posts lights, which required them to dig under my driveway. It was a very, very difficult job for them (lots of roots and big rocks). I appreciate their persistence! It took a lot of hard work, but they were able to run the new wiring under the cement and get my post lights working again.

Grant B. came out and helped me with a problem I was having with some wall heaters that had involved melted wires. He was very professional and very thorough. He was also willing to answer my many questions about how my home's electrical system works and what I can do to keep it in good condition in the future. He showed up right on time, for a time frame that I actually scheduled (a 90 min window, not all day, FANTASTIC), which I greatly appreciated and which I have struggled to find with other service companies. Electrical work is expensive, but I felt I was fairly treated and got a lot of reliable and useful information. My only complaint was that I wish the person who scheduled the work would have been more upfront about costs, which were clearly pre-determined on printed materials and could have been shared with me so I wasn't so surprised, but I also wasn't sure what to ask when I called. The electrician himself was respectful, masked when I requested it and left me confident that my problem was resolved and done right. Would totally call them again for future work, and would probably request Grant specifically. I tend to have very high standards in what I expect for customer service, and felt that I received excellent service from this company and this electrician.

Kanon Electric is simply the best. We hired Kanon to replace our failing main Distribution Panel, and they provided courteous, knowledgeable consultation to ensure that we could make the best decision for our home; (as there are many options when replacing a Panel). The lead Technician carefully coordinated with the power company to minimize our time without electricity (it was just a few hours), and I didn't have to contact — or worry about talking to the power company. (Who enjoys THAT...?). All the materials used were of the highest quality, the Electricians on-site were 100% professional, friendly and efficient, through and through. Kanon Electric also backs what they sell an install. Their Technician, Kyle did a follow-up Service Call about a year after the panel was installed; to confirm that all connections were still tight, that there were no signs of oxidization on the Main Terminals and/or Busses — (as this could lead to a failure, and possibly fire or electrical dangers). The installation was, as expected 100% tight and perfect, and the Technicians also inspect the electrical outlets (etc.) in the home to ensure also that failures and/or hazards are not forming. Kanon Electric provides World-class contractor work, and stellar customer service. We know that if we ever had an issue, the call to Kanon will be worry-free, and they will absolutely take great care of us!
