  After repeatedly telling them our electric is ready to go to put in the meter they said it will be 3 days we even had the electric company that did the work call them and day it was done and they said they didn't care they will take 3 days to allow the electric company time to work on it even though its been done for 3 days! Horrible experience I wouldn't recommend moving somewhere where you can only use them they do NOT care about the customer!

  They used to be terrible BUT I must say they have been getting much better here lately! They're willing to work with you on your bill, they're quick to respond if there's an outage and they're really good about keeping you updated!
