  I recently had Karnowski upgrade a panel and perform various other improvements. They have a quality work ethic while being professional and respectful to the customer. Their crew was polite, considerate and accommodating while performing excellent work. The owner, crew and Cindy are all friendly and helpful people. I enjoyed working with them. Awesome people and a quality company!

  I wish I could give Karnowski Electric 10 stars! Every single person at this company that helped us through a very challenging hookup went above and beyond with customer service, seeing the job through--even though there were MANY obstacles, and completing the entire project on time, in budget, and with the utmost attention to detail. I was originally referred to use another electric company...they gave me the runaround for a week. I called Karnowski, and they instantly started assessing the job, ordering materials, and scheduling the work. By the time the job was done the Karnowski team and I had no less than 25 phone calls between us, they were willing to crawl through a window (with my permission) when the key to the locked home was no where to be found, they stepped up and turned off the water line when the new plumbing sprang a leak, were patient through inspections and needing to pull permits. By the end of it all, it felt like I was working with old friends--and they even thanked me for my business!!!

  I needed a light switch replaced in our bathroom. Cindy answered my call, very polite and helpful. She called me back within minutes to let me know they were on the way! Wow!! Same day service and the young men that arrived (on time) were very professional and polite as well!! Exceptional Service!! I highly recommend Karnowski Electric for your electrical needs!
