  Tim Kelly has been really great to work with. He took the time to listen to my concerns and understand my vision. He came up with the perfect system that worked best for my family to deliver optimum comfort, performance, and efficiency. Derrick and the team of professional technicians exceeded expectations and did an amazing job. I really appreciated Derrick taking extra time to teach me how to use the system during the project exit. The excellent communication meant a lot to me and my family. I highly recommend going with Kelly!

  Kelly Heating & Electric is an amazing company full of great professionals. My experience started with my phone conversation and scheduling someone to come and get an estimate on a replacement furnace done. This was quickly scheduled, and Josh Drummond came on time and answered all my questions. This estimate has no charge to it BTW. Before Josh left, he gave me a quote on a couple of options that would benefit my home and situation and again answered my countless question. The installation was scheduled, and the technicians Matt & Ryan arrived on time. They also were very professional and answered any question I had. In less than 8 hours my old furnace was removed, and the new furnace was installed and running. There was no mess left behind and everything was cleaned up. Also. all three representatives were befriended by our Frenchie and didn’t mind when he came by to say hi. Overall, I highly recommend this company for any future heating and cooling needs you might have.

  I have to say that I have never been happier to write a check ever! Our whole experience with Kelly was great! Josh was great, he put up with all of my questions and never made me feel like I shouldn't be asking them. I felt at ease and felt that Josh knew how to fix our problem and get it right when several other contractors couldn't. Ryan the technician was very knowledgeable and worked very hard to get the job done. Ryan was very pleasant and answered any questions we had. All in all Kelly did a fabulous job. I would recommend them to anyone!
