  Extreme slow in response to a request for a cost estimate. First called in mid December and called again this week. Was told work order was on top of pile to be worked. Still no call or estimate received. Will call another company as this one doesn't seem to want my business.

  After an inspector said I needed to replace a panel (he never even looked at it, he simply made his decision based on the manufacturer), I had Kelly’s come out to quote a replacement. They inspected the box during the quoting process and said it was like new. They wrote a letter for me to state the panel was in perfect condition and didn’t need to be replaced. They could have just quoted me and got the business based on my situation. Instead they were honest, helpful, went beyond anything they were responsible for, and truly had my best interest in mind. The jury is still out on what my relocation company is going to make me do, but I am very grateful for the integrity and honesty of this business. Donna is the best!
