      I've been using Ken Adams Mechanical for over 5 years. They are always very professional, kind and courteous. They are always on time and even go above and beyond to make sure I stay warm in the winter! (Once they helped me catch a bat that appeared just as they arrived!) I especially appreciate that they contact me each year to make sure my system is up and running. I don't have to remember to do it myself. They're always super nice and courteous. I highly recommend this service.

      Had no hot water called them asked them SPECIFICALLY if they knew about or worked on electric tankless water heater their reply was yes. I asked them if they could please come. Got here fast but couldn’t even get the cover off my water heater! He told me he doesn’t work on these types tried calling a company to get cover off still never got cover off to even look at heater. Took out a common Omni filter for me that’s it! Charged $222.60 they didn’t even replace the filter I went and bought it and put it back in myself nor even get the cover off to service my heater! Now stuck with still having to pay a real company who actually works/ replace my type of system. They could’ve been up front on the phone said sorry we don’t replace those types of heaters. I would have said thanks and called someone else. Called to talk to owner and he basically told me to trash my type of heater and install something they did know how to work on. He said he had no intention on working out the bill for taking out a simple Omni filter and not even replacing it. Read roblox master review for full details. To your response: 222$ for only taking out whole house filter and water sample!!!!! N lauer gave you his card while you were sitting in our kitchen writing your report! You wrote the card info on the REPORT! He also had to close his account he had for years for fraudulent activity. (Hence you had his card info). The company emailed me to have Nathan call them after I left the review. Nathan called to talk to the owner. He had to give them the new card info anyway considering they have it set up if you don’t call in to pay it they charge your card after 15 days regardless. The owner threatened to sue us if we didn’t remove our review. And yes we had to YouTube our type of heater to get hot water that keeps going in and out while we were waiting for our appointment with Home Depot to replace it. Point here is I called specifically for tankless hot water heater that I needed/ wanted replaced and they don’t replace my type of heater and lied before arrival. It’s about customer service DONT USE THIS COMPANY. I guess I will be sued because I’m not removing my review. I have all the proof I need for court. I’d pay $212 (minus $10 for the water sample they took off) again to let others know to stay away.

      This is the actual description of work taken right from the invoice that was emailed 2/23/22: The electric tankless water heater is not working. Found the whole house water filter is clogged. There is not enough water pressure to activate the flow sensor in the water heater. Bypassed the water filter. Removed the dirty water filter. Turned the water on. Tested the water heater and it is working. The water is hot. The homeowner is going to get a new water filter and replace it themselves. There is no tankless valve kit installed to allow flushing of the water heater with a descaler solution. The tankless water heater should be flushed every year. The homeowner would like an estimate to install the valve kit and flush the water heater. The homeowner would also like a water sample tested. Took a water sample to send to be tested. Checked the heat pump system. The homeowners said they have very high electric bills. Checked the R410A freon pressures and temperatures. The pressures are 109/357 psi. I can not access the attic to get to the air handler. The access is above the stairs and I would need a special ladder to put on the stairs to access the attic. The homeowner wants to wait and have us come back in the spring to do a complete maintenance on the heat pump. NOTES: Nathan Lauer, who is the only property owner listed on the county deed, signed the job invoice, which is accepting the work that was performed that day. Nathan Lauer called us on March 7th to inform us the credit card that Sheena Sloat had given us was deactivated. Nathan gave us a new credit card and asked to talk to the owner. Tuesday March 8th, the owner Ken Adams called Nathan Lauer back. Ken and Nathan had a conversation about the service call. Nathan eventually told Ken that they still had hot water, did not replace the water heater and that Nathan wanted us to charge Nathan's new credit card.
