They came out fixed all our burned out plugs. Sent us a bill for over $200 & within a months time all the plugs they replaced don’t work we had to get someone out to fix our stove found out that they didn’t install any ground wire we tried to plug our washer up to the plug & evidently the washer has too much voltage bc the plug won’t support it. I’m highly disappointed with the service we received.

Our power had been off for several days. We called and they worked us in the same day even though they were busy. Jamison was awesome. We had our power back on by that evening. So grateful for their service. Thank you for helping us and getting our power back on.

I work second shift and my Mom lost half her power in her home just before I had to leave on my hour drive to work. I called many places and they where the first to answer and right away told me to have the power company check their end first. We did and they found nothing. I called them back immediately as I was about to leave for work. They where booked solid but still somehow managed to fit us in. Shortly after I arrived for work I got a message from my Mom they had already got her fixed up. Our problem was a minor problem we should have caught ourselves. They helped and never complained to my knowledge. We will definitely be giving them our future business after this good experience. Thank you Kennedy electrical
