  KU has a drive-through payment system that is non contact. Pull up to the window and place your utility bill in the vacuum tube on the drivers left side of the car. The Utility clerk will tell you how much your bill is. (via a speaker). Your payment and change (if any) will be on the right hand side via a sliding tray (passenger side). The payment window is on the opposite side of parking lot, so you'll need to drive around the bldg. Follow the white lines.

  Power went off, calledinto to inquire, first thing if was someone in Louisville. Over 2 and 1/2 hours away. Sod that it would be midnight before power was back on. How can she answer questions when she has no clue where my small little town in western ky even is. Asked about what I should do about our medications that need refrigeration. Her only comment was that's not our problem. I only wish I could get power from the company that supplies my neighbor across the road. Horrible customer service, absolutely horrible.
