Not every employee are helpful, they just stand around until you're ready to checkout. Thankfully Google is always there to help answer my questions about products. It's no wonder why I pick big box stores like Lowe's or Home Depot vs small town stores like Ace.

Rental dept is awesome. All of the employees are very friendly and nice if I ever need to rant anything again I will be going back. This is my favorite ace hardware a+++++
