April 12,2021 Kudos to Kincaid Electric! They were recommended to us by a neighbor who had used their services and was very pleased with their work. Not being familiar with any electric repair company's we took his word and are happy to say they were prompt and professional, as well as reasonable on their charge. Also they masked for Covid-19 and since we are elderly, that was really appreciated. We needed emergency service due to the wiring that was smoking, which goes from our exterior panel box directly into our home. Kincaid Electric responded very quickly and arrived when they said they would. Our service technician was Scott who immediately understood our delima and diligently worked to get our problem repaired. Scott was a very customer friendly person who seemed to enjoy his work and certainly knew what to do when we were in a panic over our scary situation. Thanks Scott, it was a pleasure to met you and your service was great! We also appreciate the way you cleaned up the area where you worked before you left. We would highly recommend Kincaid Electric, especially if you are like us and don't know who to call, call Kincaid! 😊

We purchased a home and needed some electrical work done. Kincaid installed a dryer outlet and the wiring for a tankless water heater. Both projects were scheduled within the same week we called and were completed in just a couple hours both times. Electrician Kyle was very friendly and completed the work quickly and professionally! We have never needed electrician services before but felt the pricing was reasonable and definitely worth what was provided. Overall a quick and easy experience!
