  King Electric was negligent in an emergency assessment to a lightning strike near my home. It took two weeks to determine that my hike has an electrical surge that caused ~$800 worth of damage. In other words, they deemed it non-emergent for two weeks, with no concern of the family living in the home to include the possibilities that damaged wiring and electrical could cause more catastrophic effects. Additionally, this company is sub-contracted by Quality Built Homes for initial wiring in new builds; they’ll push this company to fix any issues but this company will state, “We primarily do new home construction, so I’ll have to see when we can get to your home which might be 2 months later.” Said differently—Good Luck if you have QBH and you end up with electrical issues because this company will not show up, or respond. Your second to them making money on new builds. Almost 4 weeks later...they still have not responded. I even caught Rob, the Owner, back peddling on what they deem to be an emergency. In fact, after being pressed on definition on an emergency, he stated, “I can’t answer that.” I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

King Electric generously donated their services as well as all of the fixtures we needed. We are incredibly grateful for the many hours spent helping us get our store up and running.
