  The technician that came out, Dylan, was very professional. He was responsive and communicative through the entire process. The scheduling was quick and easy over the phone. I received a courtesy call the day of my first appointment, during the exact window of time I had requested. Dylan was very respectful of my home, he was quick and efficient at diagnosing the issues we were having. He told me he would get another appointment scheduled for me, to come back out within 2 days to do the job. Like clockwork, I received a phonecall within 48hrs informing me he'd be back out, again within the exact time frame I requested. Within 48hrs of my first appointment, my issues were completely resolved! It was extremely painless working with Kirchner Electric and Dylan. Cannot recommend this company enough!! TL;DR: Dylan was excellent overall. Kirchner was communicative, efficient, and very accommodating. 10/10 would recommend!

  Be aware this business is a fraud. They will lie to your insurance for payment. They lied to my home warranty insurance that they had "work done" when I never even spoke with them nor scheduled them to come out. NOTE: They do not come up on google maps as a business or at all. They had done work in the past for which the electrician was very unprofessional but at the time that's the company that my home warranty insurance provided. I had no choice nor did they give me a choice to pick another company. Since this company came out and did work on my house, somehow they scoped the place and thought they can get away with lieing about work that was never done. My home warranty company says they take the electricians word and have paid them. I am still waiting for a response and/or resolution from this electric company.

  When we moved into our home our dryer outlet was not working properly. The tech that came out diagnosed our problem and had us up and running in less than 30 minutes. He was professional, quick, efficient, and very knowledgeable. I would use this service again in a heartbeat if I run into any other electrical problems. Thank you so much! I wish I woulda got his name but thank you man!!
