Worst company ever. They have zero empathy for peoples situations. The reps have a cold undertone to their voice like they can care less about your situation. They are very quick to disconnect you if you’re 1 day past your due date then they are quick to charge you a $35 disconnect fee & a $50 reconnect fee. $85?!!!!! On top of the bill you had trouble paying in the 1st place. Once you’re late, If you don’t pay your bill in full, they won’t reconnect you at all. No exceptions. If you ask to speak to a supervisor, prepare to wait at least 20 minutes on the phone to then get a rude supervisor that speaks to you as if you are a child & doesn’t really seem to want to help. I’m not trying to NOT pay my bill, I just need more time than the time allotted but they seem to not want to help even if you’re only 1 month behind. I’ve been with OUC & Duke energy in the past, & those companies are more than understanding & willing to help. KUA doesn’t care because they know they are the only choice we have if we live in Kissimmee. So sad. You need to do better KUA.

This place needs to be investigated for scams.. I’ve made a deposit to this company and they keep saying they never received it and continue to ask for more money to turn on light. After I provided them proof multiple times with bank statements. Place is a huge scam and needs to be shut down Fr
