  Just had Roger at my house changing out my meter. He was so friendly and helpful. Made sure everything was back in good working order. Even stopped back by to check if he needed to light the pilot on my fireplace. Excellent employee

  They charge you $20 a month for nothing. And it’s not like you can switch companies because they are the only providers of power in the area. That is extremely scummy. The rich are lining their pockets with the hard earned money of the poor/middle class. Nothing new there though. It doesn’t help that our power goes out pretty frequently when it rains.

  Horrendous company. Incapable of keeping my lights on when its a little windy outside, and when I attempt to use their website to report an outage and look at the outage map their website is down for "maintenance." Not only can they not keep the power on, they cant even keep a simple website running when my lights go out. And when I attempted to call them to report my outage their phone disconnected on me. Ridiculously poor service on all levels. God help Knoxville if we ever have severe weather, because the entire city would be blacked out for weeks at the rate this sham company is going
