I had a very bad experience at this service center. The prices are too high just for a normal service (150$ for oil change) and they made me pay for Transmission Flush saying it’s recommended by Ford. After some research online, I learned that transmission flush is not recommended by Ford as it leads to new problems, but it’s the dealership who recommends it just to make money. I told the advisor very clearly that there is a screw missing on the battery cover and asked them to fix it but they failed to do it. Overall I had to pay 450$ for a regular maintenance. I would strongly recommend to stay away from this place, especially if you love your car.

I must say that I am extremely impress with the service Luis provided. I had an issue with Bronco, and I took it to another Ford service center near me, however, they basically gave me the run around. When I reached out to Koons and was referred to Luis, he immediately took an interest. I took my Bronco twice to Koons for service, and both times Luis was in constant communication with me about what was going on. The first time we thought everything was fix and resolved, however, it wasn’t. Now when I reached back out to Luis, he immediately told me to bring my car in, and he would personally ensure that we get to the bottom of the issue. I am extremely satisfied with his service, knowledge, and professionalism. He is a great asset to Koons Ford, and I hope management knows what a valuable member he is. I will highly recommend Koons Ford for your service needs, and rest assure that Luis will ensure everything goes well.

Koons was a great experience. I needed to replace two doors on my passenger side. The inspection was quick and easy and they were very flexible with scheduling me around my work/school schedule. Body work took only a week to finish and the transaction process was transparent and simple. Definitely would recommend.
