  They were highly recommended by a trusted source. I called for an estimate and someone came to do the estimate in a timely manner. I was told the estimate would take a few days and when I did not receive the estimate I followed up with a phone call. I was told that they were waiting for the price of one of the components and the estimate would be forwarded within a few days. I did not receive the estimate I called again and asked if they were still interested in the job. i was told that they were interested in the job and that the estimate would be sent within a few days. I never received the estimate and I am now working with someone else.

  Thank you for review. We price every job individually and still have not received the necessary quotes for the materials for your project. I apologize about that, unfortunately during these times things aren't taken care of as they used to be.   UPDATE: I have been messaging, emailing, calling, and leaving voicemails with absolutely no response from Kot. Initially I contacted them for a simple outdoor job and they were very responsive and helpful. Then something changed and they re-scheduled with my a couple of times, until finally started to ignore me. Why they wouldn't just tell me they were no longer interested in servicing me...I have no idea. But this sort of behavior if extremely unprofessional. My review of them months ago was 5 stars, but now I'm lowering it and no longer recommend them to anyone who wants a decent electrical service. Old Review (no longer applicable): For years the wiring in the basement have been something out of a horror movie. Kot came in and cleaned it all up for us and then some. They are extremely professional and affordable. We will be using them again soon!

  We've used Kot Electrical Services on multiple occasions now, and we couldn't be happier. From Valerie in the office, to the electrician(Nick) in the field, everything has been better than we could have asked. If you're looking for a reliable, professional, pleasant company to work with for your electrical needs I highly recommend calling Kot Electrical Service! We'll definitely be using them for all of our projects in the future.
